SIKA poles for vineyards are obtained through cold roll-forming of high-grade steel. The innovative H + N + H combination punching system allows a more rounded shape that increases poles twist and flexural resistance. SIKA steel posts for vineyards have been designed with the scope of meeting the most modern mechanizationrequirements; they incorporate the following combination of punching system:
° H-shaped slots at 500mm from the ground for easy fixing of irrigation pipes and rest wire
° N-shaped slots at the end of the pole in order to prevent accidental move-off of the wires
° H-shaped slots for easy installation of the lateral wires.
Another peculiarity of the slots is that they are aligned within the external edge of the poles, thus not being damaged by the mechanical grape harvesters. Thanks to the special shape that allows to withstand a high lateral load compared to the traditional steel poles, SIKA steel posts for vineyards can be planted at a higher distance the one from the other, thus keeping costs lower. This is the end post. It is a big post, suitable to replace the concrete one used in the past. It is produced with slots and holes in order to let the installation of all the accessories for fixing and tensioning the wires. On the bottom side, there are 3 holes suitable for fixing the anti-breakthrough plate. Available on stock 2,8 and 3,0 meter long

It is stainless steel made, fixed on the strong post it has the function on tensioning the wire.
It is an easy and fast solution for fixing the posts on the ground.
After the installation of the Strong post on the ground, it is fixed using 3 latch-tightening screws.
It is produced in stainless steel or pickled steel with hot deep coating operation after forming.
